Fire and EMS personnel come to work ready to face any call that comes their way. When facing a difficult call, resting at the station between calls, or interacting with other personnel, there may be times that an individual is made to feel uncomfortable in their working environment. Every employee deserves to work in an environment free from harassment. In this course, we’ll examine what constitutes sexual harassment, ways to prevent it, and how to cultivate a safe working environment.
